Complete a two-year diploma and prepare for a rewarding career working with young children. The Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program is designed to prepare you with the skills, knowledge, and learning dispositions you need to be provincially certified as an early childhood educator.
The two-year program focuses on the education of young children as a process of nurturing creative thinking, problem-solving, and relationships with and between children. Theory is brought to life through experiential learning, with field placements in each year that let students practise what they learn in the classroom.
