International program focus: post-graduation work permits

Are you interested in working in Canada once you graduate? Some programs at Coast Mountain College allow you to apply for a post-graduate work permit after graduating. To be eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP), you must meet all PGWP eligibility requirements listed on the IRCC official website.
If you submitted your study permit application on or after November 1, 2024, then besides meeting the general eligibility requirements, you must have graduated in an eligible field of study, also known as PGWP-eligible programs. The eligible programs at CMTN:
- Applied Coastal Ecology Diploma (CIP 26.1302)
- Practical Nursing (CIP 51.3901)
- Associate Degree in Science, Environmental Geosciences Specialization (CIP 30.4101)
- Associate Degree in Arts, Criminology Specialization or Criminology Diploma (CIP 45.0401)
- Social Service Worker Diploma (CIP 44.0000)
- Physical Sciences Certificate (CIP 40.0101)
- Applied Earth and Environmental Studies Certificate (CIP 03.0103)
